Description:

An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic professional to lead leadership and organizational development initiatives. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing leadership training programs to build a strong pipeline of future leaders within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for succession planning, talent development, and embedding leadership training into key business functions to drive long-term success. Recruitments:
  • 10+ years in leadership development, corporate training, or talent management.
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership or training role within a mid-to-large organization.
  • Proven success in building and executing leadership programs with measurable results.
  • Experience in succession planning and high-potential talent identification.
  • Preferred industry experience: pharmaceuticals, healthcare, FMCG, or high-growth corporate environments.
Education:
  • Master’s degree (preferred) or bachelor’s degree in:
    • Organizational Development
    • Leadership & Talent Development
    • Human Resources / Industrial Psychology
    • Business Administration (MBA with HR/Leadership focus)
    • Education & Training (Corporate or Executive Learning)
  • Additional certifications are advantageous:
    • Executive Coaching (ICF, EMCC)
    • Talent Development (CIPD, SHRM-SCP, ATD)
    • Change Management (PROSCI)
    • Challenger Sales Model Training
