We are working on behalf of a leading player in the Real Estate industry, known for its innovative approach and dynamic growth. Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Researcher with a background in Construction Studies or Property Studies to join their expanding team.

• As a Graduate Researcher, you will play a crucial role in supporting research initiatives, analyzing market trends, and providing insights into the construction and property sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate who is passionate about real estate, construction, and property development, with the ambition to grow within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research on market trends, property developments, and construction innovations.
• Analyze data and produce reports that provide actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Support senior team members in research for new property acquisitions, investments, and project developments.
• Assist in creating market analysis reports, feasibility studies, and other documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and key developments in real estate and construction sectors.
• Provide administrative support for project planning and property evaluation processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

• A recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate with a degree in Construction Studies , Property Studies , or a related field.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret data and present findings effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with research tools.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• A keen interest in the real estate and construction sectors, with a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
