Job Purpose:
As an AI Technical Lead, you will provide technical leadership and guidance in the development and implementation of AI solutions. You will ensure adherence to best practices, drive innovation, optimize team output, and uphold the AI Centre of Excellence (COE) standards. This role is instrumental in delivering high-impact AI projects aligned with our BI team's vision and mission.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI and machine learning development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and other AI tools.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (especially cloud-based AI/ML services).
- Proven experience leading AI development teams and projects, including project planning and execution.
- Extensive experience in data mining and analysis of large transactional and relational datasets.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI and machine learning development.
