We are looking for a results-driven, hands-on leader who can maximize store performance, drive sales, and create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Your Role as a Branch Manager
· Sales and Profitability – Drive turnover, implement sales strategies and lead your team to exceed targets.
· Customer Excellence – Ensure high service standards, resolve escalated concerns, and enhance the overall customer experience.
· Store Operations – Oversee merchandising, pricing, promotions, and stock control to maintain efficiency and presentation.
· Team Leadership and Development – Manage, support, and coach a team of 15 or more staff, fostering a culture of motivation and accountability.
· Financial Management – Oversee store budgets, revenue forecasting, reporting, and cost control to maximize profitability.
· Compliance and Risk Management – Ensure adherence to legal, health, and safety guidelines while minimizing losses.
Requirements:

What We Are Looking For
· Five or more years’ experience in retail management with a strong understanding of store operations.
· Proven track record in driving sales and meeting revenue goals.
· Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire, train, and develop high-performing teams.
· Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
· Experience with retail management and POS systems, including reporting and analytics.
· Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-moving retail environment with strong multitasking and adaptability skills.
· Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for operational flexibility.
