Minimum requirements:
Matric Diploma in Finance or related qualification 5 years Bookkeeping experience 5 years Pastel experience 3 years Payroll software experience 3 Years Vat Preparation experience Full knowledge of Sage 50 Pastel Accounting, including Customers, Suppliers, General Ledger, capturing of information, producing reports and reconciliation of accounts Knowledge of and experience in payroll administration roles and responsibilities Full knowledge of Sage 50 Pastel Accounting, including Customers, Suppliers, General Ledger, capturing of information, producing reports and reconciliation of accounts Full Knowledge of and experience in Pastel HR and Payroll software Knowledge of and experience in payroll administration roles and responsibilities Generating Customer Invoices Reconciling Customer Accounts Generating Supplier Invoices
- Reconciling Supplier accounts Allocations to general ledger, supplier and debtors accounts Capturing and Reconciling bank statements Capturing and reconciling journal entries Producing a Trial Balance, Income Statement and Budget report in Pastel Accounting on a monthly basis VAT Reconciliation on a monthly basis
