Location: Western Cape, City of Cape Town, Rondebosch
Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time (6-month contract)

Salary: ZAR18000 - ZAR20000 per month
Job Duties:
Processing and reconciling invoices from creditors Managing supplier accounts and payments Resolving any discrepancies in billing and payments Preparing and processing payment runs Maintaining accurate records of all transactions Assisting with month-end closing activities related to creditorsRequired Qualifications:
Proven experience in creditors administration or a similar role (particularly within Property Management will be beneficial) Knowledge of accounting principles and practises Proficiency in using MS Excel and accounting softwares, namely MRI and/or NDA (MRI will be advantageous) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsEducation:
Grade 12 Relevant certificate / qualification in Accounting or FinanceExperience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in creditors administrationKnowledge and Skills:
Understanding of financial regulations and compliance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Organisational and time-management skillsPreferred Qualifications:
Professional certification in accounting (e.g., ACCA, CIMA)Working Conditions:
This is a temporary position based in Rondebosch (6-month contract) Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
