Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent that will contribute to our organization's growth within the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) fields.Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract highly skilled STEM professionals.
2. Promotion of company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
3. Consistently grow and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates using multiple sourcing methods including online job boards, social media, career fairs, networking, and referrals.
4. Conduct initial screening and interviews to ascertain the competence and motivation of candidates.
5. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and competencies needed for each role.
6. Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage and document all stages of the candidate recruitment process.
7. Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate status and feedback.
8. Maintain detailed records of all candidates and communications.
Key Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Science
2. Previous recruitment experience in the STEM field is highly desirable.
3. Proficient in using recruitment software and candidate databases.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong understanding of the trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring complexities within the STEM field.
6. Proven track record in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent.
7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and decision-making skills.
