Description:
JOB PURPOSEThe QA/QC Engineer is to ensure manufactured products are developed and delivered to meet company & customer requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines. This may also include inspecting and testing materials and parts delivered from outside suppliers, site installation inspections and site commissioning assistance.
JOB OBJECTIVES
Define and ensure compliance to quality standards and procedures on all projects Ensure that quality assurance checklists are adequate, relevant and adhered to on all projects Ensure all projects have relevant quality control plans in place and that they are implemented and adhered to right through the project lifecycle Perform internal and external Factory Acceptance Tests to ensure compliance to client specifications and legal requirements Ensure that the following is in place and adhered to so as to ensure proper Project Control: Design change notification documentation Design/Technical query documentation Engineering/Manufacturing/Site Installations/ Commissioning and QC inspections (internal & external) Project Quality reviews and action plans Commissioning and Handover documentation/certificates Implementing quality standards defined by company processes and procedures Adherence to client standards & procedures https://www.jobplacements.com/Jobs/Q/Quality-AssuranceQuality-Control-Controller-1158121-Job-Search-02-13-2025-22-33-56-PM.asp?sid=gumtree
