Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to enhance profitability and business growth in the subscription and telecoms sectors.
  • Oversee pricing and costing strategies, ensuring alignment with market trends and business objectives.
  • Lead and manage commercial contracts, ensuring they are compliant with legal requirements and beneficial for the company.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to optimize customer service processes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market conditions and competitive trends to adjust pricing models and commercial offerings.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior management on commercial opportunities and risks.
  • Work closely with the finance team to analyze financial performance, manage budgets, and forecast future commercial strategies.
  • Negotiate and manage commercial contracts with external partners and vendors.
Experience and Skills Required
  • B Com (or equivalent) and above in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in a commercial management role, with specific experience in customer service, pricing, costing, and commercial contracts.
  • Experience in the subscription and telecoms industries is highly advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial contract management and negotiation.
  • In-depth understanding of pricing strategies and cost management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering results.
