Description:
Project Manager -HR required on a Contract bases in Randburg to drive business change that delivers value through the structured implementation and delivery of projects against time, resource, money, and scope constraints.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development of project budgets, control, and report on budgeted resources. Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration, and innovation. Continuously monitor actual project and process turnaround times and quality standards and resolve issues. Compile and maintain relevant project documentation. Direct, control, coordinate, and optimize budgeted resources. Apply knowledge of products, techniques, and related processes to manage a team's task execution on quality and time. Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycles. Apply the necessary discretion and judgment to diagnose symptoms, causes, and effects and to make decisions to overcome problems and to provide solutions. Manage and advise on projects from beginning to end. Effectively implement change management practices, processes, and procedures. Continuously develop own expertise in terms of industry and subject matter development. Implement people resource planning. Manage teams within the context of defined processes, set required performance parameters and act as a technical coach where required.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Completed relevant undergraduate degree/diploma. Experience Required: 5 to 7 years of project management experience. Financial Services or Banking industry experience
