Job Description:Are you a skilled Key Account Manager with 5+ years of sales experience in the logistics/road freight industry?We seek a Key Account Partner to manage and grow client accounts, drive operational efficiency, and ensure profitability.Important:Minimum 5 years experience in the logistics industry (non-negotiable)Must have a strong sales background in road freight Key Responsibilities:- Drive account growth and retention through business development
- Maintain strong client relationships & ensure high satisfaction levels
- Negotiate rate increases & align pricing with industry standards
- Manage client accounts, monitor payments & reduce outstanding debts
- Provide admin support for tenders & RFQs
- Identify operational improvements to enhance customer service & efficiency
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
Requirements:

- Grade 12 qualification
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong negotiation, communication & relationship-building skills
- Excellent time management & problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
