Key Responsibilities:As the Cost Accountant, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and controlling food, beverage, and operational costs.
- Conducting variance analysis and cost investigations.
- Preparing detailed cost reports and recommendations for management.
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensuring accurate stock control and inventory valuation.
- Collaborating with operations teams to improve cost efficiencies.
Experience & Skills Required:
- BCom in Accounting, Finance, or Cost Management.
- Experience in the hospitality industry (essential).
- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, service-oriented environment.
