Description:
Do you have strong telephone etiquette, and enjoy introducing a service to companies, that you know will add value to their establishments? Our client in Brackenfell requires someone who is fluent in Afrikaans (first language ability) and English, and will provide full training. This position entails meeting set KPI’s including daily cold-calling targets, and some experience in customer service will be an advantage. REQUIR EMENTS- Matric, relevant tertiary qualifications advantageous
- Fully Bilingual in Afrikaans and English (speak, read, write)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with an excellent telephonic manner
- Computer literate, specifically MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Minimum of one year experience in telemarketing or sales
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure
- Results-driven and customer-focused
- Knowledge of social media
- Excellent interpersonal skills, assertiveness, and active listening
- Persuasion skills
- Ability to learn product and service knowledge
- Professional and a team-player
- Able to work independently
DUTIES
Marketing
- Attended all inbound and outbound calls and sufficiently address enquiries and questions
- Ensure that events are filled and follow up timely with clients
- Ensure to meet daily and monthly targets. These targets are subject to change from time to time
- Schedule and manage bookings
- Draft and send appropriate paperwork to the client
- Ensure that interaction is based on the principles specified in our policies
- Ensure that the database is managed, updated, and maintained
- Attend to client queries, problems, and/or questions efficiently
