About the Role: Our client in Boksburg is seeking an experienced Control and Instrumentation Engineer / Electrical Engineer with solid skills in programming PLCs and developing HMI/SCADA solutions for automated plant systems. Whether you come from a traditional electrical engineering background or are a self-taught professional who has honed your automation skills, if you have a passion for industrial control and instrumentation, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Program and troubleshoot PLC systems Develop, test, and maintain HMI and SCADA software Lead site commissioning of automated plants Diagnose and resolve issues in PLC panels, VSD panels, and MCCs Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal performance of automation systems Preferred Experience & Qualifications:Strong background in Control and Instrumentation Proven experience with PLC programming and HMI/SCADA software development Hands-on experience in the commissioning of automated plants Demonstrated ability in fault finding and troubleshooting in industrial electrical systems Relevant Electrical Engineering qualifications are a plusbut self-taught professionals with demonstrated skills are also encouraged to apply How to Apply:
