We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled R&D Electronics Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics design, a passion for innovation, and experience in developing new technologies. You will be responsible for designing and prototyping electronic systems, testing new concepts, and contributing to the development of next-generation products. As part of our R&D team, you will work on a variety of projects, from early-stage concepts to finished products ready for production.Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and prototype electronic systems and components for new products and technologies. Conduct detailed testing and analysis to validate electronic designs and ensure performance meets requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software, mechanical, and production engineers, to ensure seamless integration of systems. Create and document technical specifications, reports, and test procedures for all designs. Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during the design, prototyping, and testing phases. Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in electronics and embedded systems. Assist in the transfer of new technologies from R&D to manufacturing, ensuring the designs are scalable and manufacturable. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for the development of next-generation products.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. experience in R&D or product development, ideally in an electronics-related field. Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, embedded systems, and microcontroller programming. Proficiency with industry-standard design and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, SPICE, PCB design software). Experience with rapid prototyping, testing, and debugging electronic systems. Familiarity with regulatory standards and safety guidelines relevant to product design and development. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team. Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
