QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
Relevant Accounting degree with SAICA / SAIPA / CIMA articles Honours / CA(SA) will be advantageous 5 to 10 years accounting & finance experience Experience in agricultural operations and in the export of agricultural products. Experience in capital structure, stock control, costing, pricing, and forex Experience with building financial strategy and comfortable in driving execution
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Core business acumen skills Ability to guide the organisation with accurate, timely and purposeful financial management Strong planning and coordination skills Proactive communicator, collaborative and results-oriented Ability to participate on senior management and executive teams
