Description:
Our client based near the Piet Retief area is seeking a dynamic highly skilled Production Manager. This individual will lead a team of operators. Must have experience in Safety management and quality control systems.
Duties:
- Ensure that planned production targets are achieved to specifications.
- Monitor efficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Plans and ensures effectiveness of routine maintenance.
- Ensure that the laboratory provides an effective quality control service to production.
- Ensure that production and safety standards are in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Ensure effective performance of subordinates and teams.
- Comply with the requirements of ISO and Quality management Systems.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
