A leading financial institution is seeking a Credit Capabilities Manager to spearhead the implementation of initiatives across the credit lifecycle. This role is ideal for a highly analytical and results-driven individual with a strong background in retail credit and a keen eye for optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and document decision engines for account origination and management Drive the optimisation of credit systems and processes Oversee changes to credit rules impacting new and existing accounts Translate strategic changes into IT requirements, acting as a subject matter expert Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of initiatives Develop a robust testing framework for system changes Lead the change management process to inform stakeholders of updates and their implications Manage relationships with external vendors to align with strategic objectives Prioritise credit projects within the broader organisation Provide insights and responses to credit outcome queries Ensure availability of data to track system change outcomes effectivelyIdeal Candidate:
A graduate qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field 5 - 10 years of experience within a retail credit environment Proven experience in implementing strategic and regulatory projects into credit systems Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive projects forward Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities EE Disclaimer:
