Join a FMCG team as a HSE Officer in the Western Cape!
You’ll be responsible for overseeing and improving health, safety, and environmental management systems at the production site. This includes conducting audits and identifying areas for enhancement, managing risk assessments, and ensuring adherence to safety plans. You’ll also handle accident and incident investigations, compile monthly reports, and ensure that all preventative and corrective actions are executed effectively. The role demands strong leadership.
Requirements:
Key qualifications include a Matric, relevant qualifications in Health & Safety Management, and at least 5 years' experience as a Health and Safety Officer. The candidate should possess knowledge in areas such as HIRA, Root Cause Analysis, ISO 14001, ISO 18001/45001 standards, and internal auditing.
