- Oversee and manage the financial operations of the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to inform decision-making processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and other applicable standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and support internal controls.
- Manage tax planning and compliance, ensuring optimal tax strategies are in place.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulators, ensuring audit readiness and maintaining strong external relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous improvements in financial processes.
- CA(SA)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commerce, specifically in manufacturing, construction, or FMCG sectors.
