- Commission will be offered on new business sales only.
- Commission is paid once off and based on commission received as the broker/intermediary from the insurance company.
- No benefits such as petrol or travel allowance, medical aid or pension.
Minimum requirements:
- Minimum NQF 4 in short-term insurance or relevant financial qualification (minimum 120 credits)
(Candidates who are still completing their qualification will also be considered, but need to still be within their DOFA date)
- RE 5 (not negotiable)
- Personal and commercial class of business, if registered as a representative after 2017.
- Minimum 3 years personal and commercial lines experience required.
- Knowledge of the FAIS, FICA and POPI acts.
Responsibilities:
- Sales of new policies
- Servicing, maintaining, and reviewing of clients on our existing book (50 clients).
- Sourcing of own leads is not required. There is an inbound call centre who could call and book new sales appointments.
- Managing of administrative assistant. The broker is provided with administrative support, who will assist with quotations and servicing requests.
