Personal Assistant Position
Join our innovative Signage Company as a Personal Assistant! We're seeking a young candidate that we can groom to provide administrative support to our Head of our Signage Department.
Admin Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Sales team.
Assist with Sales related tasks.
Assist with Sales Admin.
Creating & Checking Estimations on specific CRM Software.
Procurement Responsibilities:
Knowledge of Procurement process.
Follow the purchase order procedure to ensure proper paperwork trail.
Providing feedback to all Sales Reps, regarding their purchase orders
Maintain and build relationships with suppliers database.
Checking stock in and out.
QC all stock.
Research and investigate alternative suppliers so that we can remain competitive.
Receive phone calls and respond to emails from clients, suppliers, and staff.
Qualifications:
Must have valid driver’s license
Previous experience as a personal assistant is great, but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Office, and computer-literate
Maintain organization and composure when working under pressure.
Experience:
Procurement: 2 years (Required)
Signage Experience Advantageous: 1 year (Required)
Microsoft Office / Office & Excel: 2 years (Required)
Position availability ASAP
Job Type: Full-time (Mon-Fri) Position to be permanent should applicant successfully pass the probationary periods.
Contract period length: 3 months
Salary: R8, 000.00 – R12, 000.00 negotiable
