RequirementsMatric (Grade 12) is a must. A minimum of 3 years experience in milling, bakery, or similar food production fields. A solid background in electrical work is essential. Strong mechanical and scientific mindset with a focus on efficiency. High attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement. Strong communication skills in English. Previous experience with Scudder systems or manual extrusion machine operations is highly beneficial. Understanding of speed and heat management of equipment to ensure product quality.
Key Responsibilities
Operating and maintaining extrusion machines to produce high-quality pasta or pastry products. Troubleshooting and resolving production or equipment issues in a timely manner. Collaborating with your team to meet production goals while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Adhering to strict health, safety, and hygiene protocols in the production area. Conducting routine maintenance and handling minor electrical tasks on equipment when necessary. How to apply:
