Key Responsibilities:
Administration & Data Processing: Capture and maintain accurate customer and asset information on internal systems (SAP), ensuring all financial and operational records are up to date. Quoting & Invoicing: Generate and manage customer quotes, invoices, and related financial documents, ensuring alignment with fair market value and timelines. Customer Liaison: Communicate professionally with internal teams, external customers, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless asset deliveries, collections, and customer satisfaction. Marketplace & Sales Website Management: Oversee listings, orders, and returns on platforms like Takealot, Amazon, and our internal website. Ensure quality control and process compliance. Debtors & Cash Flow Management: Monitor outstanding payments, manage collections, and process relevant purchase orders to maintain healthy cash flow. Short-Term Rental Process: Coordinate contracts, payments, deliveries, and asset returns efficiently, ensuring all documentation is in place.What Youll Need to Succeed:
Education: Diploma in Business Administration, Financial Management, or Practical Accounting. Experience: Minimum 5 years'' experience in business administration, preferably within asset-based finance or warehousing environments. Skills & Knowledge: Strong administration and attention to detail. Basic accounting knowledge with good numerical skills. Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
