Key Responsibilities:System Development & Maintenance:
Develop, maintain, and optimize internal business systems. Ensure system security, efficiency, and scalability. Database Management: Manage and maintain SQL databases, including data integrity and security. Set up and optimize relational databases for various operational need Software Integration & Automation:
Work with Sage Evolution, Microsoft Access, SQL databases, Smartsheet, Excel, Connecteams, and Pipedrive to streamline business processes. Implement API integrations between various platforms. Set up standard operating procedures Reporting & Analytics:
Develop Power BI reports and dashboards to support business intelligence. Create automated data visualizations for decision-making. Mobile & Web Application Development (Advantageous): Develop and maintain mobile applications to support business operations. Ensure cross-platform compatibility for different user requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
Senior Certificate (Essential) Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Preferred) Minimum 3 years' experience in system development and database management Competencies & Technical Skills: (must be able to present this during the interview)
Strong SQL database knowledge and management Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Must Provide Proof of Competency) Proficiency in Microsoft Access (Essential) Experience with Smartsheets (Essential) Power BI Reporting Expertise
