A leading organisation is seeking a dynamic Procurement Contracts Manager to oversee national procurement contracts and supplier relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with strong organisational skills and a deep understanding of contract management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end process of procurement contracts, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies. Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular reviews to drive continuous improvement. Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to finalise service level agreements and address any disputes or risks. Assist in the implementation and enforcement of procurement policies, ensuring best practices and compliance with ISO9001, 14001, and 18001. Conduct negotiations to secure cost savings, mitigate risks, and ensure favourable contractual terms. Maintain vendor compliance, ensuring all supplier documentation and contracts are up to date. Ensure that pricing sheets are accurately maintained and aligned with contractual agreements.What Were Looking For:
5-7 years of relevant experience in procurement and contract management. Strong knowledge of contractual terms, with a background in property or facilities management being an advantage. Excellent negotiation, time-management, and strategic thinking skills. Exceptional relationship-building abilities, both internally and externally. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure. A recognised qualification in Purchasing and/or Supply Chain Management.EE Disclaimer:
