The Global Reward Team plays a key role in ensuring that their reward structures and processes operate to attract and motivate their staff and remain competitive in the global marketplace.
This is an interesting, challenging, and demanding role in a growing and evolving international
business. The successful candidate will be a member of the global Reward team of four (and part of a global HC team of 28) with good prospects to expand your role and responsibilities over time. They are looking for an individual with strong analytical and numerical skills who also enjoys interacting with stakeholders and other teams in the business. The successful candidate will be the key reward business partner for the Investments division within the firm.
Responsibilities:
Annual compensation review: Be responsible for the annual compensation review for the Investments team Prepare divisional costing models and link with finance reporting Assist in the delivery of remuneration reports and disclosures, including for the Remuneration Committees Management information and analysis: Provide relevant and accurate data to the management/Exco team on all Reward related data Preparation of relevant compensation related financial analysis, models and management information Reward and financial support in connection with new hires, including valuation of buy-out awards In conjunction with the Human Capital Finance accountants and external vendors, support with updating and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of compensation data globally Deferral and incentive schemes: Support to the Reward Manager in respect of the firms wide-ranging deferred compensation and ownership schemes – specifically including management of the share schemes In respect of the share schemes: Working closely with our third-party service providers (Administrators, Trustees, Brokers, Tax/legal advisors etc) managing the share schemes in terms of day-today transactions and general system enhancements Primary point of contact for employee population for all queries and requirements Responsible for preparing tax/regulatory filings required in each jurisdiction Preparation of financial reporting on the share schemes, working closely with the Finance/Tax teams Projects & Regulatory: Pro
