Workflow Project Coordinator/Executive Assistant

Description:

Our client, an international specialist manufacturing company, seeks to employ a highly skilled and organised Workflow Project Coordinator and Executive Assistant to join this progressive and expanding professional team for a 4-5 month contract. Please note that due to this role being a fixed term contract, only candidates available immediately, resident in the Cape Town and surrounding areas will be considered. In addition, this is a senior role, requiring a candidate who has worked as an Executive Assistant, at Exco level. KEY REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION:
  • You will have completed Matric, with a Diploma or related qualification in Administration or Business Management highly advantageous, as well as extensive experience in coordinating projects, workflow processes and assisting the Managing Director and Exco with meeting project deadlines in terms of workflow implementations and meeting project deadlines
  • You will have expert knowledge and experience in developing project plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying and mitigating project risks or problem solving, as well as being proactive in following up with line managers for information required and collating presentations and project time lines.
  • Prior experience in pricing, market research and finance and operations is ideal
  • You will have excellent communication skills, be highly proactive, professional and efficient and have expert MS Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • You must have a valid driver’s licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
