We are seeking to hire a skilled Key Account Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our most important clients. Our ideal candidate is able to identify customer needs and is passionate about exceeding client expectations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Build a better relationship with our corporate clients and our EAP partners
• Implement what is promised on the Contract
• Effectively launch the program to new clients until program is bedded down and then continue relationship management
• Understand the corporate client and ways we are allowed to market our services as this constantly changes
• Organise and Attend Client Feedback Meetings, Launch Meetings
• Ensure that Paycurve is effectively marketed to employees (follow up on mailers)
• Feedback on Sign Up numbers
• Monthly and Quarterly Reports
• Attend HR meetings
• Implement Minutes and Actions
• Do Inductions and Group Sessions
• Increase New Sign Up to the PayCurve Platform- Leads to the Platform measured by goodmarketing to clients- measured by sent, open and click through rates
• Be the Link between client, and technical support and dev team
Skills:
• Previous working experience as Key Account Manager
• Experience in sales and customer services will be an advantage
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Aptitude in networking and building relationships
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines
• Problem-solving and negotiation aptitude
• Comfortable and Confident Public Speaking skills
Qualifications
Matric qualification Ms Office: The Key Account Manager demonstrates high proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelAdditional Info:
