Description:
Experience in managing the repairs and maintenance issues of tenants.
This is not a full hands-on role- it will be your duty to organise maintenance teams to go out. However, you do have to have a good understanding of all maintenance requirements and should be able to oversee maintenance issues and go to the site to examine maintenance issues.
You will also be in charge of all building compliance issues as well as dealing face to face with potential clients and their maintenance needs.
