Reports to: General Manager
Role Summary:
Efficient processing of accounts department administration and
any other task necessary for the conduct of the employer's business, as the employer may from time to time direct.
Minimum Qualification Criteria:
Grade 12 or Matric Certificate or Diploma in Bookkeeping Degree in Financial Management would be advantageous 10 years exp as a Bookkeeper Excellent communication skills Must be able to work independently and as part of a team Full accounting function up to trial balance Online Business Banking experience Knowledge and experience with Forex would be advantageous Computer Skills:
MS Word MS Excel MS Office Pastel Roles and Responsibilities:
Reconciles accounts weekly and month end Manage financial records, reconciliations, and reporting. Assist with monthly financial statements and audits Captures debtors invoices Captures and reconciles credit cards Reconciles supplier and debtor accounts Processes cashbooks and petty cash weekly and month end Payments to suppliers (online banking) How to Apply:
