Job Summary
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Suspension Technician to perform repairs, maintenance, and diagnosing neccessary suspension related problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for suspension systems and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections to identify faults and recommend necessary repairs
- Provide accurate estimates and explanations of repairs to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
- Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure efficient workshop
- Strong knowledge of suspension systems and components
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
