Product Engineer

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Product Engineer and Content Creator to join the Technical Training team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams,including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure our products meet customer needs and industry standards. The primary focus of this position will be within the training department, encompassing content creation, development of user manuals, PowerPoint presentations, and technical validation.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including product specifications, user manuals, Power point presentations and installation guides.

• Provide engineering support to sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
• Conduct training sessions for internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure proper product understanding and implementation.
• Review and update technical content to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards
• Support product, management, marketing, and R&D teams in product development and launch initiatives.
• Identify, analyse, plan, and implement training needs, including curriculum development for various audiences.
• Perform training assessments, evaluations, and administration.
• Offer operational and technical support, collaborating with engineers to stay updated with technological advancements.
• Assist in trade show support, internal and external presentations, and customer engagements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
