Description:

  • Assist with maintaining accurate financial records, including managing accounts payable/receivable and reconciling bank statements.
  • Support the preparation and filing of tax returns and compliance documentation.
  • Process general ledger entries and assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking expenses and preparing financial statements.
  • Provide support with company secretarial duties, including maintaining corporate records and filing necessary documents.
  • Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to financial and tax matters, including data entry and document management.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of all financial transactions.

Requirements:

  • Assist with maintaining accurate financial records, including managing accounts payable/receivable and reconciling bank statements.
  • Support the preparation and filing of tax returns and compliance documentation.

  • Strong understanding of tax regulations and bookkeeping principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a junior position with in-house training provided.
  • Diploma in Tax, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in tax administration and/or bookkeeping is an advantage.
