Description:

TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Manager (Marketing Operations) within the Corporate Services division at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage quotations, orders, invoicing, and payments for internal and/or external promotional items, gifts, and branded materials
  • Ensure that the division stays on top of new promotional trends and ensure branding Is done according to the company’s Corporate Identity
  • Manage marketing materials for events, including setup, allocation, inspections, and item distribution
  • Oversee sponsorship applications, logistics, payments, and promotional item distribution
  • Manage Marketing Officer and – Clerks, as well as their schedules
  • Coordinate Social and Economic Development initiatives, administrative reporting, and BEE compliance (using BEE 123)
  • Plan and manage corporate events, golf days, and activations, including budgeting, venue booking, décor, catering, and team coordination
  • Ensure collaboration between all TWK divisions for events and sponsorships
  • Attend and represent TWK at corporate and sponsored events

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field
  • 3-5 years’ in marketing operations, promotions, sponsorships, or event management
  • Experience in branding coordination, invoicing, and marketing logistics
  • Strong understanding of BEE compliance and ESG sponsorships
  • Knowledge of procurement, supplier management, and budgeting
  • Excellent skills in event planning, stakeholder engagement, and sponsorship negotiation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with marketing tools and platforms
  • Knowledge of branding and promotional material development
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for branding and design
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and departments
