Position Summary:
To demonstrate and provide information on Ithemba properties, engage tenants, answer questions on the available units and assist the letting team in driving new business.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Promote units by providing detailed information about products and services to potential tenants and presenting informative marketing materials.
- Respond to prospective tenant inquiries, understanding their queries, and delivering required information.
- Establish lasting connections with potential tenants through post-purchase follow-ups, confirming receipt of information, and addressing any further questions or concerns.
Activations
- Execute compelling marketing experiences, setting up promotional materials and engaging with the audience to spread awareness of the product.
- Manage both online and offline marketing channels, handling lead generation, distributing required information, and assisting with any inquiries.
- Oversee the storeroom for marketing materials, ensuring items are checked, cleaned, and organized.
Administrative
- Compile daily reports on the distribution of marketing flyers and submit them accurately.
- Share activation location details with the team leader, including pins and photos.
- Submit daily photographs of the activation stations.
- Maintain a lead list, compiling and submitting details as required.
- Monitor the usage of marketing materials and report stock levels to the line manager on a weekly basis.
- NQF Level 4 essential
Experience:
- At least 6 months of experience in promotions, sales, customer service, or a similar role (essential).
- Experience in property sales, particularly in Cape Town or surrounding areas.
