Description:

We are looking for a Conveyancing Progressor to oversee the successful completion of conveyancing and other property-related services through our referral partners.

This role involves maintaining proactive communication with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other service providers to ensure transactions are completed smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent relationship management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage and drive progress across multiple cases

Requirements:

            • Oversee and track the progress of conveyancing and mortgage transactions handled by partner firms.
            • Serve as the primary point of contact between referred solicitors, mortgage lenders, estate agents, and clients, ensuring a seamless process.
            • Proactively follow up with partners to ensure cases are progressing within agreed timelines.
            • Identify potential delays, issues, or bottlenecks, escalating them when necessary.
            • Keep accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, documenting interactions and outcomes.
            • Deliver outstanding client service by keeping clients informed and managing their expectations throughout the process.
            • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance referral processes and improve service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer support during the entire referral process.
