Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Listing Agent to engage with property sellers and encourage them to transition their properties from private treaty sales to the modern auction method. This role requires excellent sales skills, extremely strong spoken communication, and a persuasive approach to educating sellers on the benefits of auction sales. The ideal candidate will be confident, proactive, and capable of building strong relationships with clients quickly.
Key Responsibilities
Contact and engage with property sellers to discuss the benefits of modern auction.
Persuade and assist sellers in transitioning their properties from private treaty to auction sales.
Clearly communicate auction processes, timelines, and advantages to potential clients.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings at all times.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for sellers.
Stay informed about market trends and auction industry developments.
Work towards strong targets and KPIs related to property listings
Requirements:
Experience
An understanding of the property market and auction processes
Experience working in property sales, estate agency, or a similar sales-driven role.
Key Skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a persuasive and confident approach.
Excellent spoken and written English
Ability to explain complex processes clearly and concisely to clients.
Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently.
