Description:
We are seeking a Conveyancing Progressor to ensure the successful completion of conveyancing and other property-related services through our referred partners. This role involves maintaining proactive communication with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other service providers to ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to track and drive progress across multiple cases.
You will be responsibile for:-
Monitor and track the progress of conveyancing and mortgage transactions referred to partner firms.
Act as the key liaison between referred solicitors, mortgage providers, estate agents, and clients to ensure a smooth process.
Proactively follow up with partners to ensure cases are progressing within expected timeframes.
Identify potential delays, bottlenecks, or issues and escalate where necessary.
Maintain up-to-date records on the CRM system, logging interactions and outcomes.
Ensure excellent client service, keeping clients informed and managing expectations throughout the process.
Work closely with internal teams to improve referral processes and service delivery.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the referral process
Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
Confident and professional telephone manner.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Highly organised with good attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage expectations and resolve issues proactively.
Desirable Skills
Previous experience in a customer service role, servicing UK clients, but not essesntial
Familiarity with conveyancing and mortgage processes.
Experience working with referral partnerships or lead generation.
