My client is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our team. As an Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for the following:- Lead and manage a team, ensuring collaboration and efficient workflow in a group setting.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and annual financial statements, ensuring all data is accurate and timely.
- Prepare and submit tax returns, provisional tax, payroll, EMP201, VAT recons, and other related returns in accordance with tax regulations.
- Manage and execute outsourced accounting and bookkeeping functions for clients, ensuring precision and adherence to best practices.
- Coordinate all inter-functional activities to ensure seamless delivery of client services, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations
- Lead and oversee all bookkeeping activities to ensure accurate and timely financial records.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring compliance with all regulations and providing exceptional service.
- Lead and manage a team, ensuring collaboration and efficient workflow in a group setting.
What Do You Need?:
- Degree in the Accounting field
- SAIPA with completed articles and at least 2 years of post-article experience.
- 1-3 years using cloud based accounting software
- Strong knowledge of accounting, income tax, provisional tax, PAYE, VAT, SARS, and E-filing..
- Experienced with CaseWare
