The IT Technician plays a vital role in supporting and maintaining the site's IT infrastructure. This position requires a blend of technical proficiency, troubleshooting expertise, and excellent customer service skills. The role ensures the smooth operation of IT systems, providing a secure and efficient computing environment for staff. Qualifications & Experience:- 3 - 5 years of relevant IT experience.
- CompTIA A+ and CompTIA N+ certifications.
- Microsoft MCSA/MCSE certification.
- Additional networking certifications are advantageous.
