Description:
- Capture inventory related data on master analysis sheet as per requirements
- Ensure all data is captured timeously and accurately
- Assist stores with stock queries
- Escalate discrepancies to the Inventory Administrator Team Leader for further investigation and process any changes required
- Generate required stock reports, including but not limited to stock take, variance, shrinkage, damages, gains, expired stock, and update relevant server folders and the Drop Box
- Communicate all queries or concerns to the Inventory Administrator Team Leader
- Capture all data available through manual admin processes including but not limited to stock transfers and stock write offs
- Processing transfers shipped out by the warehouse
- Perform general inventory related admin duties including manual adjustments to stock data when authorised to do so
- Participate in regular inventory audits as and when requested
- Participate in the planning of perpetual (cycle), ad hoc and physical stock takes for financial and validation purposes
- Maintain updated inventory records on each store in area of responsibility
- Conduct training on the Inventory system and related processes as and when required
- Assisting other departments based on operational requirements
Requirements
· Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
· Certificate in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or similar an advantage
· Minimum 1 years’ experience in a data capture, stock administrator, inventory controller, or similar role
· Experience in inventory audits and stock takes an advantage
· Computer Literacy: Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables/ General) at Intermediate level
· Working knowledge of inventory and or stock management
