Description:

Do you have minimum four years experience in administration and want to further your career working with a successful brokerage team based in Parklands? We require you to be bilingual in English and Afrikaans. Our client needs an individual who is eager and willing to learn and is looking for an opportunity to grow in their finance risk management company. Essential to be deadline driven, highly organised and very well groomed. REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric, relevant qualifications highly advantageous
  • Minimum four years’ experience in Administration
  • Accuracy and computer literacy essential
  • Ability to learn and willing to grow in their position
  • Must be deadline driven with a good turnaround time of getting work completed
  • Exceptionally well groomed and well spoken in English

DUTIES

  • Request ageings from all clients on a monthly basis.
  • Any discrepancies to be addressed with the relevant client.
  • Import client clients details.
  • Prepare the necessary client reports as stipulated by the Specialist Broker
  • Any deviation from this time standard must be discussed with the Specialist Broker.
  • Ensure that client reports are error free.
  • Adherence to a turnaround time of 48 hours on all tasks unless otherwise directed.
  • Ensure that declarations are completed and submitted timeously to the insurer.
  • Attend to any additional tasks allocated by your Specialist broker in terms of admin.
  • Collate, prepare and email guarantee schedules to relevant clients.
  • Prepare and email monthly financial spreadsheets prior to the end of the relevant month.
  • Order stationery as needed & ensure stationery is always at optimum levels.
  • Liaise with all service providers on any issues as and when they arise.
  • Ensure that invoices are received timeously so that payment can be made at month end.
  • Attend to the personal requests of both directors.
  • Ensure that travel expenses are received from all staff members and submitted to the director by no later than the 10th of the month.
  • Ensure that the overall office is neat and tidy
  • Attend to clients on arrival at the office.
  • Grooming and attire should be in line with the company’s corporate image.
  • Telephone calls are to be answered promptly and callers are to be dealt with in a professional manner.
  • IT: Vox, Telkom, Telephone system, WiFi
  • Any issue must be reported to .
