Job Title: Human Resources Operations Person
Location: Centurion, Gauteng
Job Type: Full-time
Salary : R 50 000.00 – R 60 000.00
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Operations Person to join their team in the IT industry in Centurion, Gauteng. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all HR-related tasks, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing employee relations, and supporting recruitment and training activities.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting
- Onboarding
- Exit process management
- Coordinate induction programmes
- Human Resource Administration
- HR Database & Personnel Files management
- Payroll Administration
- WSP/ATR submissions
- EE reports submission
- Maintain and supply B-BBEE information
- Co-ordinate Training & Development plans with line Manager
- Talen Management
- Performance appraisal and management
- Utilise HR analytics to drive data-driven decisions and improve workforce trends
- Implement HR policies and procedures
- Provide line managers with guidance and support on HR activities
- Employee relations including CCMA representation
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) with English as the first language.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of performance management, HR best practices, and labour legislation.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent administrative, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HR systems, including Workday and SAGE People 300.
- Strong multitasking abilities and a results-driven mindset focused on meeting and exceeding targets.
