Description:
Oversee the post-auction process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and processed efficiently.
Liaise with buyers, sellers, and solicitors to facilitate a seamless transition from auction to completion.
Monitor key milestones in the sales process and follow up on outstanding actions.
Handle queries from clients regarding the status of their property transaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions on internal systems.
Work closely with internal departments such as Sales, Compliance, and Property Onboarding to ensure a smooth sales process.
Identify and resolve potential delays by proactively managing timelines and communication.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to all stakeholders throughout the post-sale process.
Requirements:
Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Customer service experience with a professional and empathetic approach.
Understanding of property sales, auction processes, and legal documentation (preferred but not essential).
