Description:
Ensuring all property adverts are accurate, up to date, and meet company standards.
Uploading and managing property listings on the auction platform and other relevant sites.

Verifying property details, descriptions, and images to ensure high-quality listings.
Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to obtain necessary property information.
Assisting with pre-auction preparations, ensuring all required documentation is in place.
Monitoring listings for any errors or inconsistencies and making corrections as needed.

Requirements:
Required experience
Experience in property sales, real estate, or property administration advantageous
Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
Data entry expereince.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
