Description:
Responsibilities:Develop and implement a holistic change management strategy that aligns with business objectives, emphasizing the impact and advantages of AIOps, ITSM, and SPM. Conduct stakeholder identification, mapping, and create comprehensive engagement and communication plans to maintain effective stakeholder involvement throughout the initiative. Conduct readiness assessments using surveys, interviews, and evaluations to identify organizational strengths, gaps, and areas needing attention. Identify and proactively address barriers and resistance points, formulating effective mitigation strategies to overcome organizational readiness challenges. Analyze training needs comprehensively to ensure stakeholders possess the necessary skills and knowledge to leverage the tools effectively Design and execute tailored training and enablement programs, combining workshops, practical sessions, and e-learning modules to drive adoption and build competency. Establish clear success metrics and KPIs, such as incident reduction, improved service resolution times, and strategic portfolio alignment with business priorities. Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize performance, making necessary adjustments to sustain long-term effectiveness and benefits realization. Collect structured feedback and document lessons learned to refine the change management strategy, continuously improving stakeholder engagement and training outcomes.
