Duties will include
Preparing sale agreements, transfer documents, and other relevant legal paperwork. Communicating with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, attorneys, and banks to ensure a smooth transaction process. Coordinating and submitting documents to the deeds office to register the transfer of property. Calculating transfer duties, conveyancing fees, and ensuring payment of municipal rates, taxes, or levies. Following up with various authorities (such as the deeds registry, municipal offices, or SARS) to monitor and expedite the transfer process.Keeping clients informed about the progress of the transfer and addressing any queries they may have.
