An exciting role has become available for an Assistant Administrator to join our team, requirements for this role are as follows: an energetic individual, administrative experience with a minimum of 3 -5 years, be able to liaise with both customers and clients in a professional manner, be able to multitask and Problem solve. Experience /exposure with working on emails, internal systems at a professional level. Below is the roles and responsibilities for this role:
Role: Assistant Administrator
Prepare reports (type, attach content)
Prepare invoices
Filling of invoice and receipts
Attend to client queries and customers.
Capturing and updating job records via internal systems.
Follow up on all job status status (start to end process)
