Join a leading manufacturing company as a Business Finance Analyst, supporting the global supply chain division with financial insights, cost optimization, and strategic decision-making. A global manufacturing leader is seeking a Business Finance Analyst to play a pivotal role in the financial operations of its global supply chain division . This role focuses on financial reporting, cost control, and inventory management, ensuring efficient financial planning and operational excellence.As a Business Finance Analyst , you will work closely with the Finance Business Controller to analyze manufacturing and supply chain costs , support forecasting, and provide actionable insights. You will leverage SAP and Business Intelligence tools to enhance financial reporting, drive cost-saving initiatives , and support audits while improving high-risk financial processes.
Contract:
- Full-time
- 3-month probation period , extendable up to 12 months
- Perform monthly financial closing and reporting.
- Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results using Business Intelligence tools.
- Support the Finance Business Controller with financial data analysis and reporting.
- Extract and analyze manufacturing and supply chain cost data from SAP.
- Improve financial processes through automation and system enhancements.
- Prepare AOC/Forecast reports and assist with product standard cost updates .
- Drive cost optimization initiatives , focusing on material, direct labor, and fixed costs .
- Conduct manufacturing cost variance analysis and support cost-reduction strategies.
- Assist with new product cost estimation and financial analysis .
- Oversee inventory management , identifying risks and reducing obsolete stock.
- Support internal and external audits , enhancing financial compliance and processes.
- Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 1-3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or Controller in a manufacturing or supply chain environment .
- Exposure to journal entries, trend analysis, and financial reporting .
- Strong SAP and Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities .
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in finance transformation is a plus.
- Passion for continuous improvement and change management .
